• StartGuard reserves the right to pause services if payments are delayed.

5. Refund Policy

• Full refund: If the service has not yet started and the cancellation is made within 48 hours of payment.
• Partial refund: If some work has been delivered but not completed. The amount refunded depends on the portion of service used.
• No refund: If the final deliverable has already been submitted or a live consultation has been completed.
